Contract description
- Lead SAP OTC (Order-to-Cash) functional activities, including configuration, testing, and support.
- Manage and resolve incident tickets, troubleshoot issues, and implement system enhancements.
- Collaborate with business users to understand processes from an end-user perspective and translate them into functional requirements.
- Support Order Management, Delivery, and Logistics processes to ensure seamless operational flow.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure solution alignment, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
Qualifications
- 8-10 years of hands-on experience as an SAP OTC Functional Consultant.
- Strong expertise in Order Management, Delivery, Logistics, and related OTC process flows.
- Proven experience handling incident tickets, enhancements, and production support in SAP environments.
- Ability to quickly learn business processes and bridge the gap between technical and end-user needs.
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and onsite stakeholder-management skills.
- Must be local to St. Louis and willing to go onsite 3-4 days a week
Pay: $80.00 - $90.00 per hour
