Position Summary:
This position is responsible for the coordination and execution of PSG Hydro’s strategy for new industry segments, which include Car Wash, Laundry, Farm, Horticulture & Laundromat. This role encompasses achieving regional sales targets and driving the growth strategy. The Manager, Industry Segments will help execute a coordinated/integrated product and service offering with Product Management as well as comprehensive market penetration programs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drives the strategic direction and sales activities while achieving revenue targets for each defined industry segment.
- Understands all current market offerings of product and services.
- Works in collaboration with Global Product Manager for Adjacencies to drive new business development within each industry segment:
- Provides recommendations on new products and services to maintain and grow competitive advantage within assigned industry segments.
- Develop target value propositions for each key product within assigned industry segments.
- Develops and implements the market channel strategy for identified segments and new business.
- Identifies and mitigates strategic gaps within channel strategies.
- Leverages and conducts market research to identify industry segment needs and opportunities.
- Maps end users, distributors, franchises, OEMs, and influencers within industry segments.
- Identifies business drivers, new areas of opportunity, and ensures voice of the customer is part of strategies and plans.
- Works both independently and in collaboration with Regional Sales Managers to identify and close selling opportunities.
- Identifies required sales or partner resources to achieve strategies and sales targets.
- Works closely with the Operations team (Engineering, Quality, Scheduling, etc.) to meet customer needs.
- Manages and improves KPI metrics in relation to the new industry segments.
- Uses tools and processes to measure and manage all activities including but not limited to Salesforce.com, Power BI, Oracle, etc.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Engineering or related field.
- 3-5 years of Sales, Business Development, or other commercial experience.
- Previous experience managing Distributors & OEM’s is preferred.
- Travel throughout North America up to 50% of the time.

Pay Range: $103,932.00 - $130,000.00 annually.
Bonus Eligible: This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.
