About JLL Work Dynamics:
Solutions Management at JLL develops comprehensive solutions for Integrated Facility Management pursuits, supporting JLL's Sales organization to build service delivery models that solve for our clients' facility and real estate needs. By combining expertise in facility operations, workplace strategy, and technology, the Solutions Management team creates integrated approaches that optimize our clients' real estate portfolios and enhance operational efficiency.

We are currently seeking a Solutions Management Intern who will learn about commercial real estate (CRE), JLL's integrated service lines, Solutions Management processes, and how we support JLL's Sales and delivery organizations. What Your Role Will Be:
As a Solutions Management Intern, you will be an essential part of our team, providing critical support that bridges our sales and service delivery teams. You won't just be learning; you'll be actively contributing by:
As a Summer Intern in Solutions Management at JLL, you will:
Learn JLL's Service Portfolio: Gain knowledge of all JLL service lines that participate in developing and delivering integrated solutions, including Facility Maintenance, Occupancy Planning, Transaction Management, Project Development, and Lease Administration, as well as platform services like Finance, Sourcing, Environmental Health and Safety, Energy and Sustainability, and Consulting.
Support Solution Development: Assist with developing comprehensive solutions for active Integrated Facility Management pursuits by abstracting individual scopes of work, reviewing service capabilities and technology solutions, and updating solution documents for potential and existing clients.
Conduct Data Analytics: Perform data analytic exercises to determine optimal resourcing levels and create organizational charts detailing the JLL resources needed to deliver in-scope activities.
Drive Process Improvement: Assist with process improvement projects and participate in bi-weekly global Solutions Management alignment calls to enhance team efficiency and collaboration.
Engage and Network: Participate in stated initiatives, network with other JLL Summer Interns, participate in intern social events, meet JLL Executives, hone presentation skills, and participate in community service events.

Education, Skills, and Experience:
- Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree, with 2-3 years completed majoring in Business, General Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills with exposure to data visualization tools (PowerBI preferred) and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-Oriented: Extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Proactive Mindset: Proven ability to self-motivate, creatively problem solve, and independently seek out information and answers with a sense of urgency.

Estimated compensation for this position:
9,636.00 – 9,636.00 USD per year
This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
