Job Summary:
The OnPoint Marketing Operations team is hiring a Content Development Operations Manager, who will bridge strategic planning and content development to implement personalized digital marketing at scale.
This person will be considered a deep subject matter expert in the development and delivery of marketing automation, while also understanding the importance of an integrated web experience and form strategy. This is an individual contributor position who will collaborate closely with business partners, dealer representatives, platform owners, and external vendors.
What You Will Do:
Drive the strategic planning and sequencing of deliverables across multiple digital marketing products, platforms, and data sets to enable a seamless, integrated user experience.
Understand business unit partner marketing strategy and how to incorporate it into enterprise level digital solutions.
Lead change management initiatives and provide clear, strategic communications across technical and non-technical audiences.
Standardize templates and workflows to reduce dealer burden and accelerate onboarding.
Coordinate with creative teams to deliver dealer-approved, brand-compliant content.
Ensure translation and localization for global markets.
Drive consistency among dealer marketing automation journeys.
What You Will Have:

Change Control: Knowledge of the processes and procedures by which a change is identified, evaluated, approved, monitored and documented; Ability to manage changes in the production environment and processes effectively
Creativity: Knowledge of the approaches, tools, and techniques for promoting creative, original thinking and ability to apply it to a variety of business situations.
Qualifications / Considerations for Top Candidates:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred
Demonstrated expertise in Adobe content management systems
Strong knowledge of quality assurance, compliance, and governance practices within a digital marketing context
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with demonstrated ability to drive change and build consensus
Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights

Summary Pay Range:
$128,470.00 - $192,710.00
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
