In this newly created role as Director of the Strategic Initiatives & Ops Oversight team within Operational Excellence in Customer Care and Operations (CCO), you'll lead the function responsible for ensuring CCO priorities are translated into disciplined, executable change that delivers measurable and sustained outcomes. This role combines ownership of strategic initiative planning, execution readiness, performance oversight, and benefits realization to ensure Operational Excellence efforts are aligned, well-governed, and producing the intended business impact.
You will provide enterprise-level visibility into initiative portfolio health, execution risk, operational readiness, and realized value, enabling strong governance, accountability, and data-driven decision-making across the CCO organization. This leader partners closely across Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Analytics, and Operational Excellence teams to ensure the right work is prioritized, executed with discipline, and sustained over time.
