Southern Glazer’s offers a competitive compensation package with an hourly pay rate of $36.00 for CDL A distribution routes. Health care benefits are company-paid. The shift is a 4-day work week. Distribution routes start at 5:30 AM, Tuesday – Friday, home daily. Will occasionally drive line haul loads in the evening starting 9:00 PM, Monday – Thursday to depots in Sioux Falls, South Dakota or Fargo, North Dakota. Line haul night shift routes pay an additional $1.00 / hour shift differential, for a total of $37.00 / hour. Plus, line haul night shift routes pay $1.00 / hour for doubles endorsement for a total of $38.00 / hour. Home daily. In determining a final offer, the company will evaluate a specific candidate's education, skills and experience and will make an offer appropriately.
