Description:Sr, Financial MgmtLocation: Fort Worth TXWhat You Will Be DoingThe LM Aero Forward Pricing team is hiring a Financial Management Senior. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, helping your team support internal and external customers, supporting government audits, Estimating Factor Analysis and Support. The position will also support multiple section submittals in the Forward Pricing Overhead Rate Process.
Key Responsibilities• Performs one or more financial activities in the development/reporting on assigned portions of Forward Pricing Rates for multiple sites, functions, and programs
• Coordinate the development, tracking and review of assigned Estimating Factors performance
• Ensures that cost is estimated in accordance with approved practice
• Candidate will use skillset in development of assigned Forward Pricing processes

You bring experience supporting complex financial processes, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy and adherence to established estimating practices. You are comfortable working with large data sets and have the technical skills to contribute to the development and reporting of forward pricing rates across multiple sites, functions, and programs.
You are a proactive team player who collaborates effectively with internal stakeholders and supports both customer needs and audit requirements with confidence. Known for your organization and follow-through, you take ownership of your work, coordinate effectively across teams, and ensure deadlines are met. You are also motivated to continuously improve processes, enhance reporting, and strengthen your expertise in forward pricing and estimating methodologies within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Understanding of overhead vs direct cost as well as allowable vs unallowable cost
• SAP or Hyperion system experience
• Demonstrated capability to leverage digital transformation tools: For Example, experience with Data Analytics Tools (Alteryx, Tableau, etc.)

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $73,800 - $130,180. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
