Our team is hiring an experienced Venture Capital Senior Associate.
What You Will Be Doing:
In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
• Evaluating business plans (team, product, IP, market, channels)
• Conducting due diligence
• Analyzing deal structures
• Maintaining corporate confidentiality and disclosure protocols
• Supporting investments through the internal approval process
• Facilitating business relationships between portfolio companies and operating units
• Building collegial relations within CVC, with other BA personnel who are critical to deals, and with VCs
• Demonstrating exemplary behavior consistent with our core values (honesty, integrity, mutual trust, and respect)
• Presenting findings and recommendations to senior management

This is a fully remote position with anticipated travel 10% of the time. US citizenship is required due to system access.
Basic Qualifications:
• Knowledge of company capital and operating structures
• Working knowledge of P&L statements, balance sheets
• Experience with creating and analyzing corporate business plans
• Technology fluency with financial acumen
• US Citizenship is required due to system access.
Desired Skills:
• Preferred previous experience in Venture investing, lead development, corporate analytical methods, and project management
• Strong organization and written and oral communication skills
• BS, MS or PhD; preferred Science, Engineering or Technology discipline.
• MBA and 1-2 years Management or Operations experience.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $120,100 - $208,150. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
