Program Manager
About Your Role
As a Program Manager, you will provide leadership, direction, and capability for all Fiserv DNA releases focused on stability, automation, product development, and systems implementation initiatives. This role is critical in ensuring end-to-end program execution, stakeholder alignment, and delivery excellence across multiple workstreams.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and manage complex programs involving multiple teams and stakeholders
- Review, analyze, and track various milestones throughout the release lifecycle related to DNA core platform
- Collaborate with operations, development, automation, and architecture teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery
- Maintain program documentation (roadmap, program charters, project plans, etc.), dashboards, and release calendars
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and governance meetings
- Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations
- Generate and present regular reports on program status, risks, and performance metrics to stakeholders and leadership
Experience you’ll need to have:
- 10+ years of experience in information technology program experience across cross-functional teams including enterprise software development with high security governance
- 5+ years of experience with tools such as JIRA, Power BI, and MS Project
- 5+ years of experience in an Agile environment with a strong understanding of the software development life cycle and release management process
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and/or equivalent military experience
Experience that would be great to have:
- Prior experience in the financial services industry
- Ability to be an independent problem solver that can make high quality judgements and decisions quickly with excellent organization skills
- Detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on deliverables
How you’ll work:
- Fiserv emphasizes in-person collaboration to help you grow your career while shaping the future of fintech, this role is on-site Monday through Friday
- This role requires the flexibility to work off hours as needed
- This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment
Travel:
- Approximately 5% travel to other office locations is expected

Salary Range
$136,000.00 - $225,600.00
These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
