Job Summary: The Data Product Manager I is responsible for supporting the analytics and data strategy within the healthcare insurance space. In this role, you will work closely with product managers, data teams, and stakeholders to implement the existing analytics strategy and manage analytics solutions using Mixpanel, Freshpaint, and Power BI. Essential Functions: Execute and maintain the analytics strategy and roadmap developed for products using different Analytics Tools. Work closely with product and marketing teams to set up campaign tracking and report on campaign performance. Assist in setting up event tracking, funnels, cohorts, and dashboards in Mixpanel and FreshPaint to measure user interactions. Collaborate with engineers to ensure accurate data collection, tagging, and integration between digital platforms and analytics tools. Analyze member engagement, user behavior, and key performance metrics to identify trends and insights. Guide the team to create dashboards and reports to track digital product performance and provide actionable recommendations. Support ad hoc analysis requests from product, marketing, and operations teams. Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all reporting tools. Work with engineering and data teams to troubleshoot and validate data pipelines. Assist in maintaining documentation related to any new implementations for data governance policies. Regularly update the cross-functional teams on analytics progress, insights and implementation progress Gather feedback from stakeholders to ensure analytics solution aligns with business needs and product goals Assist in documenting and presenting analytics initiatives, ensuring transparency and alignment across teams Perform any other job duties as requested Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Human Factors, IT, Communications or related field or equivalent years of relevant work experience is required A minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in digital projects is required Experience translating business requirements into user experience applications in support of technical specifications is required Project planning/project management experience is required; experience leading teams and large-scale projects is preferred Digital product owner experience is preferred HMO or Healthcare industry experience is preferred Experience in Agile scrum ceremonies-story writing, sprint planning, daily standups and retrospectives is preferred Competencies, Knowledge and Skills: Hands-on experience with Mixpanel, FreshPaint, or similar analytics platforms. Proficiency in Power BI for dashboarding and data visualization or similar analytics platforms. Basic knowledge of SQL, Python for querying and analyzing data. Understanding of web and mobile app analytics, event tracking, and data pipelines is a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data insights into business recommendations Knowledge and experience in digital product development UX, UI and Human Factor experience Hands-on experience UAT testing digital products Troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities Solid project planning and management capabilities Process and/or workflow planning and design skills Licensure and Certification: None Working Conditions: General office environment; may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time Ability to travel as required by the needs of the business Compensation Range: $70,800.00 - $113,200.00 CareSource takes into consideration a combination of a candidate’s education, training, and experience as well as the position’s scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required for the role, and other external and internal data when establishing a salary level. In addition to base compensation, you may qualify for a bonus tied to company and individual performance.
