The VP drives initiatives to transform the analytical ecosystem and ensures the organization has the insights and capabilities needed to operate with agility and foresight.
Working closely with key business stakeholders and cross functional teams, this leader identifies strategic opportunities and embeds a culture of continuous innovation. This role requires a visionary thinker with strong execution discipline, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to deliver scalable solutions. They cultivate and develop a high performing, best in class team by attracting top talent, fostering a culture of accountability, and empowering individuals to think creatively.
Responsibilities
Job Description
- Identify transformation opportunities through discovery and understanding business needs; strategically create optimal design recommendations partnering with the business and effectively operationalize design.
- Develop and maintain business relationships with varying levels of leadership as well as communication of value proposition.
- Manage teams and projects, lead business interactions, and assist with transformation proposals within the organization.
- Build and lead a high‑performing team, cultivating accountability, creativity, and strong execution discipline.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing strategic guidance on transformation priorities, risks, and opportunities.
- Perform accurate analysis and design effective solutions to a variety of organizational issues.
- Organize and communicate data in a meaningful way.
Qualifications
- Professional experience in strategic transformation or business consulting driving large-scale initiatives, operational excellence, and strategy execution.
- Proven success leading enterprise‑wide change initiatives that delivered measurable business impact.
- Strong analytical and data‑driven decision‑making capability, including experience developing and interpreting KPIs
- Demonstrated ability to influence and advise senior executives, translating complex insights into clear strategic recommendations.
- Track record of building and leading high‑performing teams, fostering accountability, innovation, and a culture of continuous improvement.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $ 212,500.00 - $250,000.00
