Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
People
- Align and build capabilities around opportunities within the territory for both owners and occupiers.
- Foster a culture of collaboration across service lines and functional partners to maximize cross-selling opportunities.
- Recruit, develop, and retain top talent in alignment with the market activation strategy.
- Strengthen the professional capabilities of market teams through training, development, mentoring, and coaching.
- Continuously evaluate individual and team performance through pipeline reviews, talent assessments, business plans, and success metrics.
- Build strong partnerships with operational and functional teams to ensure exceptional and timely market execution.
Client
- Serve as a steward of exceptional client value.
- Lead the full prospect-to-client lifecycle, including oversight of client contracts (subject to ELA).
- Build and maintain strong, meaningful, trust-based client relationships.
- Elevate service delivery standards by leveraging full platform integration.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound referrals to expand client opportunities and enhance service connectivity.
Culture
- Model and champion a service-focused culture through daily actions and leadership behaviors.
- Promote an inclusive environment through DE&I initiatives and active support of ERGs.
- Drive collaboration and information-sharing through internal communication, leadership meetings, and advisory councils.
- Deploy recognition programs and engagement strategies across the market.
Community
- Represent the firm as a visible leader within industry associations, business organizations, and community groups.
- Encourage and support professionals in engaging with and representing the firm within the community.
- Embody the firm’s brand promise and champion community involvement.
- Participate in and contribute to Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) through community engagement.
- Engage actively in regional and national leadership programs and initiatives.
Financial Performance
- Deliver value to shareholders through both short- and long-term revenue and profit growth.
- Set clear, measurable financial targets with an emphasis on margin expansion and strategic reinvestment.
- Improve operating margins through disciplined growth and sound business decision-making.
- Manage and grow the pipeline to support sustained performance.
- Own full P&L accountability, including accurate forecasting.
Required Experience And Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA or advanced degree with a concentration in real estate or operations is strongly preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage and/or asset management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and inspire diverse teams; fluency in the language and principles of institutional investment real estate.
- Strong credibility in the local market, with the proven ability to attract and retain top talent.
- Extensive experience working with institutional clients and expertise in development, property management, asset sales, contract negotiations, gross and/or net leasing, repositioning strategies, real estate valuation metrics, and risk management.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong strategic thinking and communication capabilities.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $ 297,500.00 - $350,000.00
