Overview
The
DFW Cabin Service Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating and dispatching cabin service personnel to aircraft in order to ensure timely and efficient cleaning and servicing of aircraft cabins. This role monitors flight schedules, assigns work tasks, communicates with operations teams, and ensures service standards and turnaround times are met while maintaining safety and compliance with airport and airline regulations.
Shift: AM and PM shifts, including weekends
(Shift schedule is based upon availability.)Pay: $15.50 per hour

Responsibilities
- Dispatch cabin service agents to aircraft based on flight schedules and operational priorities.
- Monitor flight arrivals, departures, and gate changes to adjust staffing assignments in real time.
- Communicate with supervisors, airline representatives, and ground operations teams regarding service needs and timing.
- Track progress of aircraft cleaning and servicing to ensure on-time departures.
- Respond quickly to operational changes, delays, and special service requests.
- Support workforce coordination, including break scheduling and shift coverage when needed.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications: -
Must be 18 years of age or older -
No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required. -
No experience required, and on-the-job training provided -
Strong communication and coordination skills. -
Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment. -
Basic computer skills -
Ability to multitask and prioritize during high-volume operations. -
Must be able to obtain airport security clearance/badge.
Preferred Qualifications: -
Previous airport, airline, dispatch, or operations experience preferred.
Working Conditions: -
Work is typically performed in an airport operations office or dispatch center. -
Must be able to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays. -
May involve high-pressure situations related to flight schedules and operational deadlines.
Physical Requirements -
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods. -
Ability to communicate clearly via radio, phone, and computer systems.
