Job Description
This role will be based in
London, United Kingdom
At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
The Brand Strategy team at LinkedIn serves as a center of creative, content, and brand advertising expertise across the LinkedIn platform. The Creative Designer is a key member of the Brand Strategy function and, as a visual storyteller, you’ll help marketers unlock LinkedIn’s full-funnel canvas of solutions to achieve their brand objectives.
This role sits at the intersection of creativity and business, partnering closely with strategists to bring ideas to life for advertiser-facing responses - especially high-profile brand campaigns, product launches and/or media RFPs. You’ll play a critical role in shaping how our platform shows up to advertisers: visually sharp, persuasive, and on-brand.
The role requires you to independently drive the visual output of the team’s thinking and own the creative design. This may include customized presentation templates, motion graphics, infographics, case studies, advertising product and user-experience mock-ups, and/or more sophisticated custom design work.
This role provides an exciting opportunity to work closely with a team of driven brand and media professionals in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving environment, representing one of the world’s most culturally ubiquitous platforms - and partnering with the industry’s most renowned advertisers.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Brand Strategists in both London and Singapore to deliver a wide range of creative outputs - from PowerPoint pitch decks and case studies to visualizations of ad products and innovation concepts.
- Participate in internal brainstorming sessions to concept branded solutions that showcase elegant uses of the LinkedIn platform to meet advertiser objectives
- Develop templates, modular assets and resource libraries in order to scale requests for pitch responses efficiently.
- Elevate storytelling through expert understanding of layout, typography, data visualization, and visual hierarchy.
- Bring platform experiences to life with high fidelity, accurately reflecting native UX and product functionality.
- Design high-impact presentations that communicate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Develop and elevate narratives by offering both conceptual and executional creative solutions.
- Visualize early-stage ideas and brainstorming outputs into structured, persuasive narratives.
- Scope and manage design requests with clarity on timelines, complexity, and execution requirements.
- Navigate multiple stakeholders effectively, aligning across teams to deliver cohesive outputs.
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and tight turnaround timelines, especially for business-critical deliverables across multiple time zones.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in graphic design, brand identity, or related creative roles within advertising, media, digital platforms or publishing environments.
- 6+ years of experience crafting brand-aligned creative and presentation design solutions that drive storytelling and deliver measurable business impact.
- Business Fluency in English
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating presentation design, storytelling, and marketing/advertising work.
- Experience working with pitch decks and materials at a Social Media Platform or relevant agency.
- Proven ability to turn abstract ideas into clear, engaging visual outputs.
- High proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Slides/PowerPoint).
- Experience in video editing using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and/or Cinema 4D.
- Strong sense of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent time management, collaboration, and communication skills.
