As aSeniorProductAnalyst,youserve as a key product partner responsible for translating business, clinical, and operational needsinto clear product requirements and deliverables. This role operates similarly to a Product Owner, responsible for the day-to-day execution of product development within an agile team.The Product Manager will set the strategy and vision, and you will supportconnectingthestrategy to execution withdata scientists,data engineers,andoperations. Your teamisfocusedon novel insight generationfrom clinical and claims datausing AIfor applicationwithin various CVS Health programs.
Leadproblem solving and prioritizationfor your team, factoring in trade-offs between speed, scalability, accuracy, and quality.
Experienceinproduct management or ownership,product analytics, data analysis, consulting, or product operations.
Experience working with healthcare data (claims, EHR, clinical datasets, or healthcare operations data).
SQL skills and experience working with large datasetsand/orwith data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar)
Bachelor’s degree inDataScience, Statistics, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, Economics, or a relatedfield.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$79,310.00 - $158,620.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
