We’re looking for a craft‑driven
Brand Advertising Designer – Digital to create high-impact, digital creative for performance marketing. You’ll design banners and digital assets that are as craft-driven as they are conversion-minded—built to run across modern ad platforms, devices, and placements, paid social and digital advertising.
This role is focused on building the
performance layer of our brand—executing static banners and
digital ad assets (from illustration and typography systems to photo selection, retouching, compositing, and localization) with exceptional clarity, and craft. You’ll bring ideas to life through
graphic design and illustration, partnering closely with creative and marketing teams to test, iterate, and continuously raise the bar. You’ll design within established brand frameworks while pushing craft, clarity, and conversion across formats and placements.
This is a hands‑on, craft-forward role for ambitious designers who love making work that ships—fast. You’ll be close to production, deeply involved in execution, and energized by performance problem-solving: learning from results, and evolving creative through iteration. This role is for people who love the details of production craft, can iterate with intention, and are energized by making work that shows up in the world and delivers measurable impact.
