Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Front Desk Agent role located in Dayton, OH. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, answering customer inquiries, and ensuring guest satisfaction. You will also coordinate with various departments to address guest needs promptly and maintain a positive and professional environment in the lobby area.
Qualifications
- Customer service and guest relations skills with a strong commitment to creating positive guest experiences
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with guests and team members
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for handling reservations and check-in/check-out processes
- Ability to multitask and manage a dynamic work environment while maintaining a friendly demeanor
- Keen problem-solving skills to address guest requests and resolve issues promptly
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, reservation systems, and familiarity with hospitality technology
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in hospitality is a plus
