Wage: $20.00/HR
We are searching for a Administrative Specialist to help support the HR Team. This position will help with general administrative tasks.
To ensure success in this role, the ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent active listening and communication skills, good personal presentation, politeness and tact, and be able to function in a high-pressure environment.

1. Performs a variety of office administrative functions, such as preparing correspondence and reports, processing mail, telephone and in-person reception, and filing.
2. Schedules meetings and conferences and assists with travel reservations.
3. May serve as Office Manager and provide lead direction to administrative and/or support staff.
4. Performs tasks and duties of a similar nature and scope as required for assigned office.

Basic Requirements:
Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a calm and professional manner.
Must have great attention to detail.
All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
Customer Service skills needed.
2 years of administrative / clerical experience.
