About this PositionHenkel is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Engineer to join the ACM team in Almaty, Kazakhstan for Vehicle Repair and Maintenance business development and achieving territory sales target (Professional Adhesive Technologies / General Manufacturing & Maintenance Team).
This role is responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities within the general industrial segment across Kazakhstan.

What you´ll do
- Development of the existing business and achievement of sales targets in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- Achievement of quarterly and annual sales goals.
- Providing technical support to end users (service stations, fleets, etc.) and distributors.
- Conducting product presentations, trainings, and demonstrations (online and offline).
- Searching for new customers, signing contracts, and maintaining existing ones.
- Introducing new products to the market.
- Using the CRM system (ACE) to manage projects and interact with customers.
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities.
- Preparing weekly activity reports and sales forecasts.
- Collaborating with internal teams (e.g., customer support, logistics, marketing).
