What You Will Do:
Lead cross-functional strategic projects with business partners across the organization to accelerate long-term growth initiatives.
Effectively communicate insights and recommendations across the organization as needed.
Manage and oversee investment activities including acquisitions, venture capital investment and commercial partnerships. This might include supporting due-diligence, negotiation and integration activities.
Gather information and assess the market, including competitive issues, market dynamics, market service needs and provide insights to EPD and Power & Energy leadership as appropriate.
Coach junior team members and assist with key staff recruiting

This position will be located at Caterpillar’s Irving, TX location with up to 25% domestic and international travel as needed.
This position requires the candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.

Summary Pay Range:
$189,080.00 - $283,630.00
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
