As an Warehouse Inventory Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate inventory records, maintaining strong internal controls, and supporting operational excellence within the business unit. This role focuses on inventory accuracy, SAP transaction integrity, accurate cycle counts, inventory audits, and inventory adjustments.
What To Expect
The position of Warehouse Inventory Analyst will: Responsible for putting safety first with an aspirational goal to prevent all injuries, occupational illnesses and safety incidents. Responsible for the cycle count program to maintain inventory record accuracy, inventory dollar accuracy, lost and found, negatives, COGI errors, etc. Monitor SAP transactions that correspond to physical material movements or requirements in order to resolve inventory discrepancies. Develop and maintain metrics to meet business unit requirements including activities related to CSCD/SOX. Perform detailed root cause analysis, determine corrective actions. Adhere to approval thresholds and ensure approvals are in place prior to any inventory adjustments in SAP. Assist in the training of policies or procedures related to inventory record accuracy. This includes providing SME guidance to material handling team. Actively participate in major activities (such as work center moves, value stream transformations, new product introductions, etc.) Work and interact effectively in a team environment. Work with limited supervision.

Pay Rate and Schedule:
The position includes a wage of $28.35 /hour plus a comprehensive Day-One Benefit program. Paid weekly. Paid time-off: Vacation, holiday, and Winter Holiday*. 401K matching AND additional 2-5% annual company contribution*.
Openings available on 1st shift: Monday – Friday, 6 a.m. – 2 p.m. Overtime opportunities may be available on a voluntary basis based on business needs and with leader prior authorization. All initial communication and status updates will be via email.
Required Qualifications for Consideration (minimum):
Experience operating material handling equipment (i.e. counterbalance, turret, forklift, reach, picker)- must be documented
2 years’ experience in a warehouse environment in a mfg. setting
2 years’ experience in Mach 1 SAP (or similar inventory system)
Top Candidates Will Have:
1 year Paving Products experience
6 months experiences in a Paving Products IA Development role
Certified to operate material handling equipment (i.e. counterbalance, turret, reach, picker)
Two year degree
APICS certification

Shift: First Shift
Hours: 06:00am - 02:00pm
Work Location: Brooklyn Park, MN
Compensation: L06; $28.35/hourly, plus a comprehensive benefits package. This is an hourly role.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Work in tight spaces Repetitive grasping, pushing, pulling, rotating Use of fine motor skills Use of hand tools including wrenches, air tools, drills, cutters, tie wrap guns, pneumatic, vibratory, etc. Includes ability to pull manual torque tools to torque requirements (at least 250 Newton meters or 185 foot pounds) Required Personal Protective Equipment: hearing protection, safety glasses, steel toed/metatarsal foot gear, and as needed dust masks

Summary Pay Range:
$28.35 - $36.23
