What You'll Be Doing:
- Optimize new and existing production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Responsible for checking and validating production shop drawings for fabrication.
- Provide training and oversight to junior engineers (E.I.T), interns, floor level operators and drafters.
- Provide routine engineered structural designs for precast underground concrete structures
- Collaborate with both internal and external project stakeholders to ensure constructability and feasibility of items being produced.
What Are We Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Structural/Civil Engineering with EIT or P Eng. certification
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD).
- Ideal candidate will have minimum 2 years of related precast, related concrete or other manufacturing experience.
