Overview
The Facility Manager is accountable for site-level service delivery and integration across all non-engineering services, including workplace and subcontracted service lines, at East Hanover and associated facilities. This role ensures all services are delivered without disruption to laboratory, warehouse, and operational environments through effective coordination and execution. The Facility Manager owns vendor performance for soft services and ensures compliance with QHSE standards and contractual requirements. The role acts as the primary integration point between engineering, workplace, and subcontracted services to ensure consistent site performance. This position is responsible for overall site service outcomes, operational continuity, and alignment with KPI/SLA
Compensation: $115,000 - $145,000.

Responsibilities
- Owns delivery and performance of workplace and subcontracted services, including plant care, parking, mailroom, and warehouse support
- Ensures all services are executed without disruption to research, warehouse, and aviation operations
- Manages vendor performance, ensuring compliance with SLA, QHSE, and contractual standards
- Acts as the primary site-level integrator between engineering, workplace, and subcontracted services
- Leads site governance, including operational reviews, reporting, and issue resolution
- Drives service quality, consistency, and continuous improvement across all site services
- Supports financial performance through operational cost control and coordination with Finance
- Identifies operational risks and ensures timely escalation and mitigation
Qualifications
- 7–10 years of facilities management or operations leadership experience
- Strong experience managing integrated service delivery across multiple service lines
- Proven vendor management and performance oversight experience
- Experience in life sciences, healthcare, or complex operational environments preferred
- Working knowledge of CMMS systems (Corrigo preferred)
- Strong understanding of operational risk, compliance, and service delivery models
- Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
