The Factory Consumable Stockroom Senior is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the consumable materials stockroom within the manufacturing facility. This role ensures accurate inventory control, timely distribution, and proper storage of consumable supplies required for production and maintenance operations. The position also supports stockroom staff, maintains inventory accuracy, and ensures compliance with company procedures and safety standards.
What You Will Do

Maintain the consumable stockroom inventory including tools, PPE, packaging materials, chemicals, and other production supplies.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to prevent shortages or overstock.

Issue consumables to production and maintenance teams according to established procedures.

Conduct regular cycle counts and support periodic inventory audits.

Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of consumable materials.

Coordinate with purchasing and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.

Train and guide stockroom staff on procedures, safety practices, and inventory control.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Prepare reports on inventory usage, stock levels, and material consumption trends.
Qualifications You Must Have
-
HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience

Experience working in a manufacturing/production environment

Experience with FOD and FOD-prevention methods
Qualifications We Prefer

Experience with ESD protocols

Familiarized with processes on introducing new equipment into the factory floor

Experience using hand tools

The salary range for this role is 47,700 USD - 90,900 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
