Lead a bargaining unit of (15-18) hourly Team Members by effectively and frequently communicating priorities and shifting priorities as needed.

Communicate with Operations and Planning functions to ensure customer service levels are met.

Successfully meets program costs and scheduling requirements.

Systematic review of open transfer orders within our Enterprise Resource System: SAP (PRISM) to ensure timely closeout of actions to exceed or maintain our customer standard service levels for picks, put aways, & yields.

Review and annualize stock data and factory needs of chemical consumption and submit a weekly order to ensure continuous access of needed chemicals and supplies.

Assimilate weekly & monthly metrics data reports and submit to Logistics Leadership.

Coordinate tasks associated with the Inventory Management of Shelf-Life parts.

Assist in resolving Inventory discrepancies through physical and systematic research.

Use Customer Oriented Results & Excellence (C.O.R.E.) principles to identify process improvements and corrective actions.

Conduct Value Stream audits to validate processes.

Participate in Internal, Enterprise, and 3rd party audits of processes.

Manage priorities within a fast pace and dynamic work environment.

Extended hours or weekend duties as needed.
Qualifications You Must Have
-
Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience.

Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Production, Manufacturing and/or Warehouse.

Demonstrate proficient knowledge of computer systems, databases, and programs.

Prior knowledge and experience with DOT and ITAR shipping regulations for dangerous goods.

Previous ITAR experience, SAP ERP experience and 3PL Logistics

US Customs Regulations Import and Export knowledge.

Demonstrate experience in managing government furnished material.

Inventory Control and material handling knowledge

Experience with material requirements and Dock/Receiving/Warehouse/Shipping areas.

DFAR & WAWF Process knowledgeable to resolve issues with DCMA and Customers.

Demonstrated ability to work with multiple levels of management, industry, peers, a represented workforce or business.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
