Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Day to day coordination of all material ordering, material reception, stock management, warehousing
Pro-active communication with internal MARKEN departments of any material delay, stock
distribution, and/or stock deviation to include Project Management, Logistics department, Kit production and Branch level management
Work closely together with the distribution department, kit production coordinator for scheduling the outbound shipments, planning and preparing transport documentation
Support other departments as needed
Provide info on pricing requests; perform sourcing on specific material
Close cooperation/collaboration with clients on warehouse/sourcing management
Perform stock counting and inventory control checks
Receive and control goods
Identify potential process improvements, savings and cost avoidances
Compliance, development, review and revision of SOP’s (if necessary)
Compliance with and work according to MARKEN policies as well as applicable MARKEN quality standards
Compliance with all health policies and safety-conscious work, treatment of all substances with relevant caution for the protection of oneself and others

Qualifications:
Skills and Knowledge Requirements:
Good customer orientation
Good knowledge of IATA regulations, including Transportation of Dangerous Goods (if applicable)
Requires specific skills and knowledge in the use and application of proprietary software, Internet
and MS Office applications
Good problem-solving skills are required in identifying and alerting others to operational problems
Excellent communication skills.
Both written and verbal are required to convey and clarify routine
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Good organization and time management skills
High cooperativeness

Compensation & Benefits:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $18.05 per hour to $29.30 per hour. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience.
