About this Position This role leads the technical team to optimize maintenance operations, ensure equipment availability, and develop the skills of mechanics and electricians. Oversees preventive and corrective maintenance, implements SAP MMA and PM DMS systems, and drives problem-solving and operational excellence across the site.
What you´ll do
- Guide mechanics and electricians to improve maintenance and build their skills.
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance using PM DMSs and execute regular checks.
- Maintain equipment availability and manage spare parts and M&R costs.
- Lead breakdown elimination, solve chronic losses, and coach maintenance leaders.
- Own SAP MMA and PM DMS implementation, review schedules, and ensure operational alignment.
