What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead daily ready-mix operations to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable site performance.
- Coordinate scheduling, staffing, dispatching, and material flow to meet customer needs.
- Monitor equipment, maintenance, and inventory to support continuous operations.
- Promote and enforce safety practices and compliance with company policies.
- Foster a positive team environment focused on collaboration, accountability, and service excellence.
What Are We Looking For
- Background in ready-mix preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and oversee day‑to‑day operational activities.
- Strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Effective communication skills and ability to build cooperative working relationships. Bilingual in Spanish is a big plus!
- Ability to solve problems, adapt to changing priorities, and make sound operational decisions.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional service to internal and external customers.
Work Environment
This role involves working in a field-based, operational environment that may include exposure to weather conditions, noise, and heavy equipment. The position requires regular on-site presence to support operations and team members effectively.
