Who We Are Looking For
We’re building a team of technical experts with experience in digital products and SaaS technologies to help design, build, and scale our digital ecosystem, including:
• Software Engineers (Full Stack, Backend, Platform)
• Data Engineers & Data Scientists
• Product Designers (UX/UI)
• Quality Assurance Leads / Automation Engineers
What You’ll Work On
• Developing scalable platforms behind our digital tools, apps, and connected fleet technologies
• Powering solutions like telematics integrations, intelligent maintenance, and AI-driven analytics (including platforms like Catalyst AI)
• Turning complex transportation and supply chain data into usable, customer-facing products
• Improving system performance, reliability, and user experience across a global operation

Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years experience building and scaling digital products or SaaS platforms
• Strong foundation in modern engineering, data, or design practices
• Ability to work across systems and translate complexity into usable solutions
• Curiosity to solve real-world operational challenges with technology
Where Are the Positions Located
• Positions will be located at Penske’s corporate offices at 2675 Morgantown Road, Reading, PA 19607. We are 75 miles northwest of Philadelphia, directly off of major highways 76, 176, 422, RT 10 Green Hills.
• These positions are in office, 4 days a week and will sit with our marketing and digital product teams in a highly collaborative environment to ensure the best designs of our products.
• Initially we will look at candidates local or commutable first, but are interested in highly qualified talent that may require relocation assistance.
