Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables with disciplined rigor.

Maintain structured project artifacts, documentation, RAID logs, and communication plans.

Own project decisions, risks, actions, and dependencies; escalate predictably and early.

Partner closely with RTX corporate teams and Raytheon business units to ensure interim and final-state S/4HANA solutions are integrated, aligned, and delivered cohesively across the enterprise.

Proactively drive alignment on vision, scope, schedule, and budget across diverse stakeholders, often in ambiguous environments.

Facilitate project communication forums, including daily standups and stakeholder reviews.

Provide concise, actionable, and predictable communication to technical and non‑technical stakeholders, including senior leaders across Raytheon and RTX.

Develop and report meaningful delivery metrics for your project portfolio.

Ensure adherence to gated approval, quality assurance, and sign-off processes.

Build trusted relationships and influence outcomes across teams, business leaders, and third‑party partners without relying on positional authority.

Translate business processes and requirements into clear project plans and communication strategies.

Support continuous improvement to enhance application performance, quality, and reliability.

Ensure solutions are delivered in alignment with service-level expectations and business needs.

Qualifications You Must Have
-
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience

8+ years of experience in digital technology, including 6+ years leading IT projects in dynamic organizations

Experience coordinating across functional teams (e.g., data migration, testing, cutover, integrations, security) within SAP or other transformation programs.
Qualifications We Prefer

Working knowledge of SAP ERP systems; SAP S/4HANA experience strongly preferred.

Familiarity with key SAP-integrated solution areas such as MES, PLM, HCM, RTB, SLP, and/or CLM.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to reconcile complex information and drive clarity.

Proven ability to influence outcomes across diverse stakeholder groups, including senior leadership, without positional authority.

Strong customer relationship skills and ability to collaborate effectively across geographically distributed teams.

Remote: This position currently is designated as remote. Employees who are working in remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home) but may be expected to travel to the site location as needed. The successful candidate for this role will be required to reside and work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. territories).

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
