Coach teams in Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement to strengthen delivery outcomes.

Help teams develop effective ways of planning, collaborating, and inspecting and adapting their work.

Facilitate key Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, etc.) while encouraging increasing team ownership of these activities.

Guide teams in identifying improvement opportunities and experimenting with new ways of working.

Partner with Product Owners to strengthen backlog clarity, prioritization, and alignment with business outcomes.

Identify impediments to team progress and help address them at the team, program, or organizational level.

Encourage transparency and coach teams to use metrics and feedback to improve predictability and flow.

Foster strong collaboration among developers, Product Owners, architects, and stakeholders.

Support the broader organization in understanding and evolving Agile ways of working.
Qualifications You Must Have
-
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years' experience

Experience serving as a Scrum Master or coaching Agile teams.

Experience implementing Agile principles and Scrum practices.
-
Experience In leading/coaching teams toward improved collaboration and delivery effectiveness.

Experience working with cross-functional technical teams.

Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe, or equivalent) are helpful but not required.

Experience in software development, product management, or technical delivery contexts.

Remote: This position currently is designated as remote. Employees who are working in remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home) but may be expected to travel to the site location as needed. The successful candidate for this role will be required to reside and work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. territories).

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
