The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Program Delivery & Analytics Manager to join the Enterprise Classified Security team in El Segundo, CA; Arlington, VA; Berkeley, MO; Huntington Beach, CA; Huntsville, AL; Mesa, AZ; Seal Beach, CA; or Tukwila, WA.
This manager-of-managers role will lead a team of project managers and data analysts who drive program delivery, workforce and financial alignment, project governance, and data-informed decision making for classified security services. The successful candidate will ensure the Business Services function delivers resilient, scalable, and mission-focused support to the Enterprise Classified Security organization.
Position Responsibilities:
Champion the Boeing Values and Behaviors
Lead, mentor, and develop a multi-disciplinary team of project managers and data analysts; establish clear objectives, performance measures, and professional development plans
Provide strategic direction and operational oversight for program delivery, portfolio governance, schedule and budget management, and resource optimization for classified security initiatives
Oversee budgeting, cost-to-complete forecasting, and financial reporting for projects and service lines; partner with finance to align spending to mission priorities
Lead workforce planning and capacity management to align staffing with prioritized work and mission risk
Own development and delivery of analytics, dashboards, KPIs, and management reporting to inform senior leadership risk-based decisions
Establish and govern program controls: integrated schedules, change control, risk and issue management, vendor oversight, and milestone reporting
Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, tools, and analytics capabilities (e.g., standard templates, intake, prioritization, and RACI models)
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience with program management, project management and/or business operations
5+ years of experience in managing a team or as a technical lead
5+ years of experience in managing a portfolio of projects
5+ years of experience working in a cross functional environment with all levels in the business from individual contributors to executive leadership
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Project management certification(s) (e.g., PMP, PgMP)
Experience with program management at scale
Experience with data analytics with BI tools and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), data modeling, KPI frameworks, and SQL or equivalent data query
Experience in aerospace, defense, or other regulated industries supporting classified missions
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $131,750 – $190,900
