As an AVP, you’ll own critical components end to end, leverage modern engineering practices, and help scale secure, compliant digital‑banking capabilities in a fast‑paced environment.
To be successful as a Senior Full Stack Engineer – AVP, you should have:
Experience as a Full Stack Developer using Java (JDK 17+), Spring Framework, and open‑source technologies to build enterprise‑grade applications
Considerable experience building microservices using RESTful APIs, Spring Boot, Spring Security, OAuth2, and JWT, with a focus on scalability, security, and resiliency
Validated experience designing and developing Enterprise driven architectures using Kafka, AWS SNS/SQS, or equivalent messaging platforms for high‑throughput, low‑latency systems
Hands‑on experience with AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, ECS/EKS, Glue etc.) and containerization using Docker/Kubernetes, along with ample engineering practices including CI/CD
DevOps/CI/CD + Observability - GitLab or Jenkins and observability/monitoring tooling (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.)
Other highly valued skills may include:
Experience working with React or Angular, with an understanding of full‑stack design and UI‑to‑API integration patterns
Experience in the Financial Services domain, with understanding of Credit Cards, Consumer Lending, and Risk & Control considerations
Practical exposure to Generative AI and/or Agentic AI, including integrating LLM‑based capabilities into applications or engineering workflows (e.g. intelligent services, automation, POCs or production use cases)

Minimum Salary: $120,000
Maximum Salary: $175,000
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above includes only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.

- Development and delivery of high-quality software solutions by using industry aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools. Ensuring that code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance.
