As the Senior Program Manager, 1LMX Transformation, you will report to the 1LMX Director of Program Management within Enterprise Operations Business Transformation & Enablement. You will be responsible for interfacing with the LM Business Area Program Managers to ensure the integration of cost and schedule for the OneLM Transformation Program and perform program management for one of the 1LMX Portfolios. Your daily responsibilities will include:
• Develop, maintain, and report EV/EVM baselines will ensure we capture the performance tracking rigor that is essential for 1LMX
• Managing cost, schedule, technical and risk across the 1LMX Portfolio.
• Providing leadership across the 1LMX Portfolio for overall performance to meet business need, while managing the overall cost and schedule of the portfolio.
• Working closely with IT service owners, IT business partners, executive leadership, and business stakeholders to ensure key IT capabilities, delivery timelines, and service impacts are understood and aligned with business needs, as well as defined budget targets.
• Establishing milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications.
• Drive corrective action plans and close out root cause analyses,
• Partner with Operations, Finance, or other cross functional groups to resolve schedule or cost variances, and
• Own the end to end execution of action items that arise from risk reviews
• Managing external vendors, overseeing contract compliance and performance
• The role may require extended work hours and weekend effort during critical program milestones.
This is a fully remote role and does not require being physically located at a specific Lockheed Martin facility.
Basic Qualifications:
• Significant years of experience in project / program management (cost/budgeting, schedule, risk
evaluation/mitigation, & project execution)
• Project / program management experience in
an Agile Development Environment
• Demonstrated work experience to effectively
and independently perform in a fast paced,
dynamic environment
• Proven business acumen to manage multiple
assignments and projects with the ability to
schedules, identifies program problems and
obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources
or changing contractual specifications. Directs
the work of employees assigned to the program
from technical, manufacturing and administrative
areas.
• Appropriate degree from an accredited college,
or equivalent experience/combined education,
with professional experience and specialized
training commensurate with assignment.
• Strong planning, communication and
presentation skills, the capability to listen and
influence, and is proficient in project
management.
• Proven ability to lead diverse virtual teams
• Prior Experience with ERP implementations, system development projects, or program development for major systems

• P&L responsibility (or budget authority) and demonstrated ability to drive cost avoidance initiatives
• Experience with Agile methodology and
planning

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $181,400 - $314,525. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
