Overview
Responsible for supporting aviation startup, transition, and special project initiatives across the organization, with a primary focus on Greenfield base openings, operational readiness, pilot coordination, safety, and training support. This role partners closely with aviation leadership, maintenance, clinical operations, and other internal stakeholders to help execute time-sensitive projects, stabilize new operations, and ensure aviation resources are aligned to meet service and operational demands. Position is a 60/40 split between priorities.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 2,500 total flight hours.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a Part 135 operation.
- Eight (8) or more years of aviation experience, preferably within air medical or critical care transport environments.
- Prior experience supporting base startups, operational transitions, or multi-site aviation operations strongly preferred.
- Previous leadership or project-based operational experience preferred.

- Ability to analyze operational challenges and develop practical, actionable solutions.
- Maintains objectivity and professionalism when addressing safety, compliance, and operational concerns.
Computer Skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work within operational tracking systems, reporting tools, and internal dashboards.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
- Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate (Rotorcraft or Airplane).
- Current FAA Second Class Medical Certificate.
- Subject to DOT/FAA drug and alcohol testing requirements.
Minimum pay
USD $89,000.00/Yr.
Maximum Pay
USD $120,000.00/Yr.
