Who we’re looking for:
Toyota’s San Francisco Regional Office is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Market Representation Analyst. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide administration of all dealership financial data. Categories of direct responsibilities include Business Management with some involvement in Market Representation as there is direct overlap between both functions.
Reporting to the Marketing Representation Manager, the person in this role will support the team’s objective to appoint the best dealers in the market through ensuring Toyota policies and requirements concerning dealership management, capitalization, and facilities are met.
This position is based at our regional office in San Ramon, California. The selected candidate will be expected to reside within commutable distance of this location. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
What you’ll be doing:
Analysis and review of trends and development of composite reports to provide information for the assistance of management in improving dealer financial and operational performance.
Assist dealer body with timely and accurate monthly financial statement submission.
Create, run, review, distribute, and file various Business Management, financial month-end, and POLK-generated reports.
Generate various monthly region-wide financial reports using Smart View.
Collect and analyze monthly dealership net profit estimates.
Assist in monitoring and administering dealer performance and support all Business Management activities.
Processing various Market Rep and Business Management-related letters such as dealer agreement extensions and dealer agreement expiration letters.
Create ad hoc reports to support any Region department and assist in the development and or preparation of special projects, as required.
Prepare annual Net Working Capital agreements and ensure approvals and compliance.
Prepare and execute the quarterly business manager meeting and annual comptroller event.
Maintain our Regional Dealer Daily website page.
Manage and maintain market representation dealer files.
Assist with field training.
What you bring:
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) OR equivalent professional work experience.
Professional experience in a business environment (i.e. administrative, business, operations, analysis).
Capability and desire to function in a collaborative team environment.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with effective written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-up abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.
Capability and desire to learn and proficiently use proprietary company and vendor software programs.
Effective presentation skills with the ability to communicate data to management-level professionals.

The annual base salary range for this position is $77,600.00 - $126,100.00.
