Work You’ll Do
As a Project Delivery Manager on the project, you will:
- Coordinate, track, and drive closure of action items across multiple organizational components and leadership levels
- Support adjudication/clear resolution of action items by gathering inputs, aligning stakeholders, and documenting outcomes
- Maintain, follow, and help improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficient, repeatable workflows
- Partner with internal entities to meet deadlines and deliver accurate, high-quality responses and products
- Develop, package, and disseminate workforce messages aligned with leadership guidance and organizational priorities
- Manage communications and correspondence, responding to inquiries professionally and escalating as appropriate
- Track and report compliance with required reporting timelines, formats, and governance expectations
- Oversee mission readiness activities, monitor status, and ensure compliance with applicable requirements
- Maintain clear, timely communication with customers and stakeholders, including status updates, risk/issue flagging, and follow-through

Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience with communications or operations management
- 2+ years of experience with overseeing mission readiness activities and ensuring ongoing compliance
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to be on site 100% of the time in Chantilly, VA
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
