Responsibilities
- Utilize computers and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) with proficiency.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and the capacity to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality to support aircraft schedules and ensure on-time performance.
- Operate radio communication equipment confidently and deliver clear, concise instructions to team members.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
- Minimum 1 year of dispatching experience (aviation or similar operations preferred)
- Prior experience in airline operations or ground handling is highly preferred
