Job Description
This role will be based in Mountain View or San Francisco, CA.

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
We are looking for a passionate Senior Product Manager to lead the Feed consumption experience, shaping how millions of members engage with content on LinkedIn every day. This role sits at the intersection of UX and personalization, driving a more seamless Feed in close partnership with design, engineering, Feed Relevance, and Data Science.
You will be responsible for evolving Feed into a fast, adaptive, and contextually relevant experience that earns a place in members’ daily routines. This includes owning core consumption moments such as personalized feeds, loading, scrolling, session continuity, and content discovery, while unlocking step-function improvements in engagement, retention, and satisfaction. The role requires a strong strategic thinker with deep understanding of how user experience connects to AI, who can define a clear vision while also driving high-quality execution across complex, cross-functional systems. You will collaborate closely with your partners to deliver cohesive, end-to-end experiences that balance member value, business impact, and technical constraints. This is a highly visible and impactful role at the center of LinkedIn’s ecosystem, with direct influence on core company metrics such as DAU and content engagement.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the end-to-end Feed consumption experience, including content discovery, responsiveness, performance, and session continuity, to create a seamless and habit-forming product
- Drive product strategy and vision for personalized Feed experiences in close partnership with Feed Relevance
- Translate member needs and behavioral insights into clear product direction, balancing short-term wins with long-term platform investments
- Define and execute against a roadmap that improves core metrics such as engagement, retention, and content consumption depth
- Make data-driven decisions by leveraging experimentation, analytics, and qualitative insights to continuously improve the experience
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, data science, and partner teams to deliver high-quality, cohesive experiences
- Generate alignment, buy-in, and momentum with senior stakeholders through clear communication, strong storytelling, and principled decision-making
- Define product metrics, goals, and success frameworks to measure impact and guide prioritization
- Contribute to a team culture focused on high-quality craft, fast learning cycles, and thoughtful, user-centered decision making
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- BS/BA Degree in a technology related field OR equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in product management or equivalent role
Preferred Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in product management or equivalent role
- MS degree in a technology-related field
- Experience building web/mobile consumer products (Feed experience a plus!) with a demonstrated ability to drive product planning, development and launch
- Ability to manage and lead across highly cross-functional teams
- Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences and to translate technical performance into member value and business impact

The pay range for this role is $151,000 to $246,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
