Responsibilities:
- Perform a mix of equipment operation and physical labor
- Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, and backhoes (as needed) to support construction projects.
- Assist with general labor tasks including prep, cleanup, and material handling.
- Conduct daily equipment checks and basic maintenance to ensure machinery runs smoothly.
- Keep worksite clean and organized.
Qualifications:
- Willingness to work hard, take direction, and handle a variety of tasks--on and off equipment.
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-pace, outdoors environment in varying weather conditions.
- Experience operating heavy machinery is preferred, but not required--training available.
Pay Rate $16-$22 Based on Skills and Experience
