Overview
The Facilities Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day facilities operations at an assigned client site or group of sites. This role provides frontline leadership to facilities staff, ensures services are delivered safely and efficiently, and supports consistent maintenance, cleanliness, and operational standards. The Facilities Supervisor works closely with management to support preventive maintenance, address service requests, and maintain compliance with client expectations and ABM standards.
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program.

Responsibilities
- Supervise daily facilities operations, including maintenance, custodial, and general building services as applicable.
- Provide direct oversight, guidance, and support to facilities staff and vendors.
- Assign tasks, review completed work and ensure service quality meets established standards.
- Conduct routine site inspections and walkthroughs to identify maintenance needs and service gaps.
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities and respond to service requests and operational issues.
- Assist with scheduling, attendance tracking, and coverage planning.
- Enforce safety procedures, proper equipment use, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support incident reporting, corrective actions, and follow‑up as needed.
- Monitor supplies, materials, and equipment usage and coordinate replenishment or repair.
- Communicate operational updates, priorities, and expectations to site teams.
- Escalate issues appropriately to Facilities Management or site leadership.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in facilities operations, building maintenance, or related services.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or lead role preferred.
- Working knowledge of general building systems, maintenance practices, and workplace safety.
- Experience supporting facilities teams in a client‑facing environment.
- Ability to manage schedules, prioritize tasks, and resolve onsite operational issues.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, CMMS, or similar systems preferred).
- Ability to work flexible schedules as operational needs require.
