Manager - Information Technology
About your role:
As a Manager - Information Technology, you will lead the strategic planning, development, and management of our infrastructure engineering efforts. Your leadership will ensure the efficiency, scalability, and reliability of our infrastructure, directly impacting the success of our business operations. You will work closely with a team of dedicated professionals to drive innovation, implement best practices, and oversee the integration of advanced infrastructure technologies.
What you'll do:
Lead and optimize infrastructure engineering initiatives to support company goals.
Develop and implement infrastructure management procedures and policies.
Evaluate and integrate new infrastructure technologies.
Provide leadership and technical direction for infrastructure-related projects.
Ensure the integrity, availability, and performance of infrastructure systems.
Monitor infrastructure performance and capacity to proactively address issues.

Experience you'll need to have:
6+ years of experience in infrastructure design and management
3+ years of experience with network management
3+ years of experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure as code technologies (i.e. Terraform)
3+ years of experience in performance tuning and optimization
3+ years of experience in infrastructure security
Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience

How you’ll work:
- Fiserv emphasizes in-person collaboration to help you grow your career while shaping the future of fintech, this role is on-site Monday through Friday
- This role may require being on-call during non-standard and/or overnight hours on a rotational basis
- This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment
Travel:
- Approximately 5% travel to other office locations is expected

Salary Range
$128,000.00 - $216,000.00
These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
