In this role, you will:- Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools with change implementation impact
- Develop communication and training plans
- Identify and monitor resolution of issues, escalating as necessary
- Identify best practices and recommend new workflows and procedures
- Perform complex administrative, transactional, and operational support tasks
- Provide maintenance support for project teams and assist in determining implementation strategy
- Provide input to project manager and project teams on appropriate implementation strategy, methods, and plans
- Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to team
- Interact with team, peers, management, and technology on implementation of strategy
Required Qualifications:- 2+ years of Change Implementation support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:- Experience with Commercial Card and/or Treasury Management products
- Knowledge and understanding of Commercial Card, MasterCard, or Visa products
- Treasury Management products and services experience
- Strong project management skills including the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
- Previous training experience with ability to lead client calls
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment

Salary Range:- MN: $27.88 - $41.83 Hourly range
- Other location: $25.48 - $37.98 Hourly range
Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
