Tool implementation with process improvement focus

Support Contractual Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) implementation and maintenance, variance analysis, quarterly Estimate-at-Completion.(EAC) / monthly Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) development, EVMS CDRL preparation (IPMR/IPMDAR, CFSR, CSDR)

Qualifications You Must Have
-
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Administration or related field and less than 2 years of prior relevant experience.

Experience with MS office (Word, Excel and/or PowerPoint).

Experience with forecasting, variance analysis and/or budgeting.
-
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.

U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Excellent written and verbal skills including demonstrated ability to succinctly present complex information.

Ability to work within a fast-moving business.

Must be flexible and able to care for a wide range of work assignments with strong attention to detail and an ability to balance multiple projects & processes simultaneously.

Leverage critical thinking skills to provide value-added analysis to management.

Understanding of RTX financial and accounting policies and procedures

Experience with application of finance principles, concepts, practices, and standards.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
