What you will do:
We are seeking a Business Manager to lead enterprise-level sourcing and NPI financial analyses across multiple business divisions. This role is responsible for managing a team of analysts while driving high-impact, customer-focused insights that support strategic sourcing and investment decisions.
This position requires strong leadership, sound judgment, executive-level communication skills, and the ability to influence outcomes through effective partnerships across the organization.
Lead and manage a team executing sourcing studies and NPI-related financial analyses for multiple business divisions.
Lead and own the end-to-end delivery of projects, including large-scale, enterprise-level ones, ensuring scope, timelines, quality, and stakeholder alignment.
Plan, prioritize, and manage sourcing study pipelines aligned with business priorities and sourcing council timelines.
Act as a trusted partner to internal customers, applying a strong customer-back mindset to translate business needs into actionable insights.
Drive a value creation mindset, identifying opportunities to improve cost competitiveness, sourcing strategies, and financial performance.
Identify, propose, and implement process and tool improvements that increase efficiency, quality, and scalability of sourcing analyses.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners (Supply Chain, Purchasing, Engineering, Finance) to influence decisions and drive results.
Develop, coach, and engage team members, fostering accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Ensure governance, rigor, and consistency across all sourcing and NPI financial outputs.
