The customer business organization inside Pratt & Whitney is responsible for listening to voice of customer, and leading cross-functional customer-facing teams to deliver on our commitment to enable customer success. Reporting to the Regional Vice President, Customer Business: Global Leasing, Middle East & Africa, the selected individual will be responsible for direct customer relationships including strategic leadership and sales in the region. He or she will be responsible for leading the Customer Focus Team (CFT) team in managing the full range of Pratt & Whitney sales and support services to commercial customers, including robust relationship development and account management, identifying market opportunities and establishing ongoing rapport with customers to grow business backlog and market share. The primary scope of the individual will be Global Leasing customers but to ensure connectivity and understanding to airline needs & challenges, the Customer Business Director will also have an airline customer in each of the Middle East and Africa regions.
The individual will meet frequently with current and prospective customers to manage relationships, gain and communicate insights into customer issues and requirements, and ensure customer awareness of P&W products and services. Expected to share vision, gain consensus and lead cross-functional CFT in support of all corresponding commercial initiatives.
International travel will be required.
What You Will Do:*

Develop strong customer relationships at assigned accounts.

Establish, maintain and extend relationships with airframers, government and regulatory agencies, and other industry players to promote P&W CE products and services

Provide customer leadership and strategy as the single-point expert on customer organization, and

Collaborate effectively with P&W and global teams based in the assigned region.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree 10 years years of experience or an Advanced Degree and 7 years of experience to include commercial aerospace experience, contract negotiation skills, influential leadership, opportunity/project management, external facing customer/supplier focused role.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
