Responsible for driving the daily execution of GEM T Forebody production risk identification and mitigation activities and supporting the Forebody Sub IPT Lead across technical, operational, and cross functional efforts.

Ensures production builds remain on schedule, quality issues are promptly addressed, and coordination across Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain is efficient and effective.

Serves as a primary integrator for day-to-day production operations for future TDP/MDP (Technical Data Package/Manufacturing Data Package)

Updates and/or maintenance and acts as a key support partner to the Sub IPT Lead and Chief Engineer.

Leads day to day execution of GEM T forebody production maintenance activities, ensuring schedule, quality, and throughput goals are met.

Support the Forebody Sub IPT Lead in planning, coordination, and communication across all production stakeholders.

Track and manage build status, risks, issues, and action items tied to production execution.
Qualifications You Must Have
-
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience.

Prior experience in production of missile hardware, complex assemblies, or high reliability systems.

Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to support and drive cross functional execution in fast paced production environments.

Experience with structured problem solving and root cause analysis methods.

Ability to manage multiple parallel tasks and ensure timely closure of assigned actions.
Qualifications We Prefer

Experience with GEM T, or other missile forebody, seeker, warhead or guidance section hardware.

Prior roles in production engineering, Sub IPTs, CPTs/IPTs, or manufacturing leadership support.

Familiarity with Raytheon production processes, configuration management, and transition to build activities.

Understanding of test equipment, manufacturing documentation, and quality systems.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
