Drive Purchase Requisition generation & Purchase Order placement/management using Material Request Forms (MRF) and/or Master Scheduling Authorization Tool (MSALT)

Coordinate purchase requirements with Engineering, Program Operations Management, and Production Control Planning and Scheduling

Own the monthly Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) and/or Estimate At Complete (EAC) process for your scope and track portfolio level sales performance against forecasts

Plan and execute sourcing decisions and support the Make/Buy/Where (M/B/W) process
-
Develop and execute a Material Program Plan (MPP) and Supplier Management Plans (SMPs)
-
Generate Supplier Request for Information/Proposals/Quotes (RFIs/RFPs/RFQs), and obtain and understand supplier proposals/quotes
-
Assist with the generation of Supplier Statements of Work (SSOWs)
-
Identify Customer Prime Contract Flow-Downs and initiating Material Contract Briefs (MCBs) with required Terms Attachments (T-Attachments) and/or Modifications (TCMs)

Participate in supplier engagements and reviews to ensure supplier performance
Qualifications You Must Have
-
Typically requires A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience

Must have successfully completed an RTX Skillbridge Internship Program

Experience with Supply Chain, Operations, and/or Procurement processes and requirements
Qualifications We Prefer

Supply chain experience in the Aerospace or Defense Industry

Prior work experience with Microsoft Office software applications (Word, PowerPoint, and/or Excel including Pivot Tables)

Excellent reporting skills and experience leading and/or participating in cross functional teams

Experience with Latest Revised Estimate (LRE), Estimate At Complete (EAC), and Risk and Opportunity (R&O) management processes

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
