About the Team
The Global COE Marketing team drives demand generation strategy across all regions — AMER, EMEA, and APJ — fueling qualified pipeline that directly supports revenue growth. The team sits at the intersection of sales, product marketing, and regional GTM, translating company priorities into integrated marketing programs that move buyers through the funnel.

About the Role
The Demand Generation Manager is the engine behind the team's pipeline contribution. This role owns end-to-end demand programs that convert awareness into qualified pipeline across segments and regions, serving as the connective tissue between marketing strategy and sales outcomes.

About You
Basic Qualifications:
8+ years of experience with demand generation and campaign strategy
8+ years of experience in revenue trackingMQL-to-pipelineconversion,reportingonfunnelmetrics,andsurfacinginsightsproactively
Extensive experience in end-to-endownershipofwebinarsandfieldevents,withstructuredplanning8–12weeksout.
Proficiencyincampaignexecutionanddatahygieneacrossmarketingplatforms.
Experience in strategic planning andcampaignplanningalignedtobusinessprioritiesacrossquarters.
Experience reviewing campaignperformancedatatooptimizeprogramsandrecommendchangestiedtopipelineoutcomes

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location.
