A FedEx Ground contractor is looking for dependable, motivated drivers to join our growing team in West Frankfort, IL.
Drivers operate out of the local terminal, delivering to local homes and businesses using company-provided box trucks and cargo vans. We deliver to the Carbondale and surrounding area.
** No CDL required **
Pay & Schedule
- $17-$19+/hr (depending on experience)
- Full-time, 5 days/week (optional 6th day available)
- Flexible schedule
- Start: 8:00 AM | Dispatch: by 9:30 AM | Finish: around 5 PM
What You’ll Do
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle to deliver packages to homes and businesses
- Load and unload packages efficiently and accurately
- Communicate with dispatch and management throughout the day
- Represent FedEx Ground with professionalism and excellent customer service

Requirements
- 1 year of delivery experience within the last 3 years
- 21 years or older
- Clean MVR and valid driver’s license
- Able to pass a drug test, DOT physical, and background check (employer reimbursed)
- Physically able to lift up to 70 lbs and move up to 150 lbs with a handcart
